Currently, Vincera is actively seeking:

Software Engineer/Implementation Specialist

  • Work with customer and internal management to analyze issues with production systems, and implement resolutions or code changes, for a complex enterprise software solution.
  • Troubleshoot web and .NET applications, and data integration processes. Issues to be resolved require a range of troubleshooting skills related to: software functionality, performance tuning, data analysis, database management, operating system configuration, installation, and migration.
  • Work with customers and internal product management to gather feature and product requirements.
  • Perform development tasks for prototyping and critical customer implementations.
  • Understand product deployment and architecture, and occasionally assist in product deployment.
  • Collaborate extensively with peers and customer technical teams.

Experience: 3+ years development and design, possibly in combination with some database administration; client-server and web-based application design

Skills:  SQL query design, and SQL performance tuning; some database administration; MS .NET; server-side Java;Windows/.NET UI design and architecture; web-based UI framework design

QA Engineer/Build and Deployment Engineer

  • For a complex enterprise product, analyze build and deployment processes and issues, and unit testing and QA processes.
  • Design and develop automated build and deployment procedures.
  • Design and develop automated testing scripts/programs, and web load testing scripts/programs.
  • Manage deployments, and work with engineering team to improve/streamline install and deployment issues.
  • Collaborate extensively with peers and customer technical teams.

Experience: 3+ years - consulting, development, software QA, or similar technical position; working knowledge of relational databases, web servers and web-based applications

Skills: Windows, Linux/Unix, Java, .NET, relational database, XML, application servers, web servers (IIS)

Senior Account Manager (2 available positions)

  • Northeast US (New York/New Jersey)
  • West Coast US (Los Angeles)

The sales person will achieve or exceed the revenue targets, and work with customers to ensure their success. As a sales person you will:

  • Sell Vincera Intelligent Protection (VIP).
  • Generate business revenues from new and existing customers from leads generated by yourself and the efforts of the company.
  • Develop new and extend existing business relationships with selected regional partner organizations including independent representatives (non-employees), resellers, distributors, or agents.
  • Cooperate with other sales channels to maximize revenue generated from accounts.
  • Maintain a good level of service and support with existing customers.
  • Provide weekly verbal and written reports on opportunities and forecasted closure of deals.

Experience: 7-10 years of enterprise application software sales experience with a proven track record at the senior level.

Title will be Senior Account Manager - (we are not looking for a VP of Sales).
