Below is a sample Document Views Over Time Report screen shot. This report illustrates the number of times a particular document has been accessed (viewed) over time. The illustration makes it easy to identify unusual distribution patterns, which can correlate with potential security breaches. In the sample below, a sharp rise in document access (from one or two views per day to four to six) can be seen over a two day period.
