Below is a sample Document Summary Report screen shot. This report details distribution summaries for documents pertinent to your job function. VIP tracks and reports distribution details including number of original recipients (contacts), number of times the document has been accessed (views), number of distinct machines (machines) on which the document has been opened, number of IP addresses through which the document has been opened as well as document view dates and durations.
