Below is a sample VIP Alert automated email screen shot. These reports are sent by VIP to designated recipients when defined document distribution thresholds are exceeded. These exceptions are typically the first step in identifying a document that may be experiencing unauthorized distribution. The email alerts contain the usage and distribution information for the document thread in question and contain a link to a full Document Summary Report.
