Protect data in motion

• convert over 300 different digital asset types including text files, Microsoft Office documents, CAD files and graphic files into VIP-protected PDFs
• apply a security policy appropriate to the classification or sensitivity of the data in motion contained within PDFs
• enforce each security policy as it travels with PDFs wherever they may be distributed inside or outside of a managed network
• watermark PDFs with original recipient identifiers for establishment of the Vincera Document Thread™, which includes unique file identification, usage and distribution tracking, and document tamper resistance
• apply either 128 bit RC4 or AES encryption to PDFs and associated security policy files
• set Alert Thresholds for acceptable levels of PDF use and redistribution including by number of PDF views, number of machines to which a PDF is distributed, and range of IP address
